Kevin Mackey is the best! I found him here on Yelp and decided to give him a try many years ago. My homeowner's insurance AC guy totally messed up my new unit. Kevin was able to fix it and like everyone else has said, at a fair price. Since then, he has been here several times for normal check-ups. This last time, however, is making me sing Hallelujah! Since I have 2 floors, I have always had to run my AC hard to get cool air upstairs. I asked him if I could get a damper installed. He wasn't sure but took the time to check my attic space and sure enough, it would work. Now, the 2nd floor can get some air without the first floor freezing. I am sleeping better than ever before! Kevin is trustworthy, patient, explains everything and charges a fair rate. I recommend him whole-heartedly!
